It's in a safety bottle. The side affects make u sleepy, the dosage is 2 a day at night to help you sleep better. It works really fast. Just make sure you get your sleep out, so it doesn't make your drowsy the next day.

I have utilized Tylenol PM extra strength nighttime and and as a pain reliever works well. I could not tell a difference between it and the standard Tylenol Extra strength.
