This is the Tylenol that I use because it gives me a lot of headaches and if when I take it I can rest when I wake up I no longer have the headache. it's very good

advil pm is the best, helps me sleep better when i’m in pain and is very fast acting. lulls are a little bigger and harder to swallow but are helpful when needed

I have many problems sleeping. It only takes 1 and I sleep. I like how it doesn’t make me drag the next morning. I have kids so if they need me through the middle of the night I do wake up. I like how it helps me sleep but doesn’t knock me out.

It works constantly after I take the pill when I feel I am getting sick. The pill is small so I feel safe. I always take 2 pills for a dosage. I don’t think I have any side effects.
