Tylenol PM extra strength nighttime pain reliever and sleep aid with 500 mg acetaminophen is the best sleep aid without a prescription! It works great!

Tylenol PM is my go to medicine for my pain. Always helps me sleep at night! It has always been my favorite pain med. works fast and effective. The packaging is nice too!

I occasionally have sore legs after a hard workout that keep me from falling asleep. There is nothing better than taking one of these and falling asleep and not feeling groggy in the morning. Truly some of the best sleep in my 30’s haha!
