I don’t like this particular Tylenol. I have gotten severe headaches after trying it a couple of times. I don’t recommend using without properly reading the labels first.

I have trouble sleeping as is but even more so when I have a nasty headache! When I take one of these little caplets, I am able to go to sleep and wake up refreshed and headacheless!

If you sick and just want to sleep the sickness away please take it don’t drive to plan anything just plan to lay down and you will be out 10/10 would recommend

While this product can be very effective for some, beware if you have contrary reactions to Benedryl. It hypes me up. I found this out the hard way and then checked active ingredients. Kept me up all night.

these are great for when you aren’t feeling well and need to sleep at night! I think that these work better for me in liquid form. I would definitely recommend

I used tylenol pm to help with sleep and it did not disappoint. It helped me to fall asleep faster and stay asleep all night. I loved this sleep aid because it didn’t leave me feeling groggy the next morning. I 10/10 recommend

This does a great job of helping me get to sleep fast. It also helps with some of my pain. When pain is keeping me awake, I take this and I get a good night's sleep without waking up groggy.
