These are great if you have a bad headache before bed. It contains the right amount of Tylenol and the sleeping agent does send you off to sleep pretty quickly without leaving you feeling groggy in the morning.

I bought this product over a month an ago for my headaches. I take a dose at night and by morningI feel so much better. I recommend buying this product to relieve pain.
