I have used this product for a long time. Whenever I have a stressful day and have a hard time falling asleep I take one about a half hour before bedtime and I fall right to sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start a new day.

This product is great for immediate pain relief. I normally take after a meal before any pain is expected to occur. I would definitely recommend this product to someone.

I read all the fine print on the bottle, warnings about the terrible things that can happen from overdosing. But, unless I somehow missed it after scouring the entire bottle, no dosage info. Why?
