[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an effective, fast acting pain reliever that allows for drowsiness to fall asleep and stay asleep. I only take 2 and it is effective.

This is probably my favorite medicine to take when i am not feeling well in any way. I take the pill at bedtime and fall asleep and when i wake up i feel much better but if the pain comes back throughout the day i use Tylenol extra strength.

if you take these for too long, you may notice that your leg joints will ache when it is kicking in. This is from the sleep aid part as I find all brands with that same ingredient for the "sleep" part make this happen.
