My headaches get really bad and this is the only medicine that really helps me. It goes away within three hours after taking it and it doesn’t come back so I highly recommend this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can only use Tylenol for a pain killer due to some chronic Heath issues. It always works and the Tylenol pm is great for getting a good nights rest while managing pain.

if you take these for too long, you may notice that your leg joints will ache when it is kicking in. This is from the sleep aid part as I find all brands with that same ingredient for the "sleep" part make this happen.

Definitely a staple when you have a headache and you need to sleep or always recommend this product. The prices are too high I like to take the gels if you can find them but it’s been really hard to find in the last few months.

I take this often. If I'm restless or have a super headache. When I take it it puts me to sleep almost naturally. Their is no heavy feeling of sleepiness. And in the morning I wake up just fine with no drowsiness.
