I was sore and mentally exhausted. I took this to help me get to sleep. It did the trick, kicked in within about 30 minutes and I woke up easily with my alarm clock and felt well rested. Will keep this as needed I my cabinet for sure!

Been taking this off and on for a year now for my knee I need knee surgery it it works great helps with the pain and definitely helps you sleep I have a week before surgery now and in struggling right now...thank god for tylenol pm!!

I'm thinking medicines half life what they teach us in these medical books aren't true anymore. I think some kind of technology they have now their making it where the medicine isn't working in our bodies like it should

Help me fall fast asleep. Great product. I don’t recommend for a nightly sleep aid. You will get addicted to it and become immune to it. But it is awesome for occasional use. Definitely would recommend to others.
