These Tylenol caplets get four stars for their reliability. They always deliver. Even if the pain is too strong for this product alone, I've had a few major surgeries, it always helps take the sharp edge off the pain and allows me to fall asleep in comfort.

As I said. Goodnight! Haha. Yeah I'm out in 39 minutes after taking two of these. I don't use them all the time as I'm actually in a prescribed sleeping medication. But if that doesn't work (as it sometimes doesn't) Then I take a couple of these and that's the end of my eyes being open. Plus as I rated the other Tylenol...great for headaches!

I normally have a lot of trouble sleeping on a normal day and even more If I'm experiencing pain from cramps, backache or toothache. Tylenol has always been effective and reliable for all my aches and pain. I like this formula even more because it allows me to get the rest I desperately need when I'm not feeling well.

It also helps me quite a bit with slowing down my racing thoughts etc. Very calming. These work quickly for me, usually within 20 minutes or so. I don't recommend using them every day, but a couple times a week would be okay. I don't feel groggy or tired in the morning after I take these as long as I have about 6 hours to dedicate to sleep. These caplets are easy to swallow and works very fast to ease pain and helps you sleep through the night.. no groggy feeling when you awake in the morning.. highly recommend these if pain and sleep elude you get Tylenol PM.

Tylenol PM has come in clutch recently to help relieve those nighttime aches and pains! A better night’s sleep means a better day upon waking and Tylenol PM helps achieve that! Easy to take, and I love that they are easily identifiable as Tylenol with the blue and red capsules. Always have to have this on hand!

If not, it’s convenient and easier to take one of these than having to take two pills for the same benefits.
