Tried last night. Did not help at all with back pain. Also was wide awake 1 1/2 hrs after taking it. Couldn't get back to sleep. I don't think acetaminophen is the right ingredient for falling asleep.

These are great if you have a bad headache before bed. It contains the right amount of Tylenol and the sleeping agent does send you off to sleep pretty quickly without leaving you feeling groggy in the morning.
