It doesn't lag over the next day. So it's perfect if you're experiencing a bit of pain at night. I definitely recommend it!

I also have a tough time falling asleep and staying asleep. Having tried a multitude of medicines, I was wholly prepared for this to not work. I was amazed at how well it not only helped my back pain, but also helped me fall asleep. I really like that I didn't have a tough time waking in the morning. There was no " sleep hangover" feeling from these. It honestly just felt like I got a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this.

It helps put me to sleep and helps my cramps, headaches, and restlessness all in one. Other sleep aids had made my restless worse. Definitely will be purchasing again in the near future. I used this when I had a terrible headache at night and it put me right to sleep and totally helped the pain. I woke up feeling amazing and not groggy at all! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start with, I have trouble sleeping pretty frequently, however I wouldn't recommend using this as a sleep aid. Taking Tylenol on a daily basis isn't good for you, however. If you have a headache or are just generally in pain, this does definitely help out as well as make it easier to get some rest. So, it does its job well, just don't over use it.

This stuff works wonders!! I take this right before bed time when my foot pain or back pain acts up. It helps me sleep at night with easing my pain. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a pain medicine to help ease aches and or any type of pain your in. It comes in easy to open packaging and worth the money too.

The first time I took it, I had the best sleep I've had in a while. Worked in about 20 minutes after it took it.

I take in when I'm sore from a day of working in the garden when my back pain keeps me up at night. The Tylenol helps with the pain and the PM helps me drift off to sleep quickly.
