I absolutely need this sometimes when I ave a difficult time falling asleep. It works quick and I industry it very effective. I also like how I don't wake up the next morning half asleep.

I have used Tylenol PM for years. It works like a charm. I fall asleep so fast and easy. Just had knee surgery and taking Tylenol PM helps me stay asleep and makes it more bearable to sleep at night.

While this product can be very effective for some, beware if you have contrary reactions to Benedryl. It hypes me up. I found this out the hard way and then checked active ingredients. Kept me up all night.
