I have a bad hip and these do seem to take the edge off a little bit . I like them because they are an easy pill to take and I really am not a good pill taker . I would buy these again . I typically always have some on hand . I don't notice I feel very groggy the next morning after taking these either .

These are amazing for my cramps! I cannot stress this enough. The packaging is nice, the amount is nice, it activates really fast, and also I slee like a baby! I use it only during my menstrual and I don’t think I will use anything else. I’m satisfied completely.

 Tylenol is my go to pain reliever when I have a headache at night. It’s important for me to get eight hours asleep so I can’t use anything that might keep me awake. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I know it’s OK to take Tylenol p.m. without feeling groggy in the morning.

Sometimes due to pain like lower back pain or a terrible toothache. Other times just plain couldn't fall asleep probably due to my anxiety. This will without a doubt give you the best night's rest you've ever had. The reason I love Tylenol PM is because you wake up feeling refreshed - not "hung over" and drowsy like with other OTC pain reliever/sleep aids. I don’t think they helped me fall asleep any faster but they kept me asleep. I woke up with significant less pain from painting and working out, so I definitely got restful sleep! I would recommend this product and have it on hand.
