I took this product as directed on the instructions which was easy to read and understand. I have hip/ back pain and it makes resting and falling asleep almost impossible. I bought this for over one year actually since Covid started Bc I heard it would be better to use this and it helped me with my pain and I can sleep throughout the night. Just wish I could order it in Germany. They don’t have even a similar product I checked.

I do like this for pain relief and to get sleep. I think ibuprofen works better for me but this may be good for you. Give it a try!

I take in when I'm sore from a day of working in the garden when my back pain keeps me up at night. The Tylenol helps with the pain and the PM helps me drift off to sleep quickly.
