I bought this for over one year actually since Covid started Bc I heard it would be better to use this and it helped me with my pain and I can sleep throughout the night. Just wish I could order it in Germany. They don’t have even a similar product I checked.

This is a holy grail product that me and my family keep on our home. It never fails us me and my husband uses this product whenever one of those headaches come out of nowhere and you can’t get comfortable or even lie down I reach for these and within 30 min I feel like myself again!

I have a bad hip and these do seem to take the edge off a little bit . I like them because they are an easy pill to take and I really am not a good pill taker . I would buy these again . I typically always have some on hand . I don't notice I feel very groggy the next morning after taking these either .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I'm hurting at night I reach for my Extra Strength Tylenol PM it's great for headaches minor achs and pains and has a sleep aid in it for all those restless nights... it contains 500mg Acetaminophen which is a pain reliever and Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg which is a sleep aid it keeps my pain at ease and I sleep like a baby....
