[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a headache at bed time and was having a hard time falling asleep. I took some of this Tylenol PM and in 30 mins I was fast asleep. My dog wakes me up in the middle of the night to go potty and when she woke me up my headache was much better and I felt pretty sleepy still but when I woke up again in the morning I wasn't as sleepy.

I took 2 caplets as directed on the package and it was easier to fall asleep. I took on a night that I didn’t have to work next day. It didn’t make me feel drowsy but I did wake up later than usual. I started taking this before bed on days when my shoulder pain would flair up and I felt so good in the morning! It helped me sleep through the night and usually that next day I wouldn’t have any pain.

I work nights in a restaurant so I’m running around all night, especially weekends. This relieves the back pain and my sore feet. I highly recommend this with responsible use.

I took my Tylenol PM around 10 pm, It took maybe 30 minutes to get drowsy and fall asleep. I slept all night, but I did wake up feeling a bit loopy. I metabolize things a bit slower it seems, so this is probably different for everyone. I think this is a great product for when you want to get on a sleeping schedule or have trouble falling asleep. I would definitely recommend it for those things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well as a sleep aid, but not as strong of a pain relief as I’d prefer. I took before bed and didn’t take too long to fall asleep. And I felt fairly rested after. Would recommend if you don’t require more pain relief.

I started taking these when they arrived and holy crap! when I woke up the next day I actually slept thru the night without achy pain! definitely will be keeping in my medicine cabinet!
