It works wonders. I’m able to get the relief my body needs US get a really good nights sleep! It’s amazing! I highly recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say, overall this product served it's purpose. I got a sound night's sleep, and woke up in much less pain, after a long work week. My issue is I don't like waking up groggy. To be fair, I wake up groggy even when I take melatonin. I am prone to pulling muscles in my lower back. If that happens again, I will absolutely use this medicine again, to try to help aid recovery.

I have never been a good sleeper when I was a kid I did a lot of sleep walking. I have tried everything OTC with no help. When it's been a few days since I have gotten any sleep I take a walk, a hot shower and i take 2 Tylenol PM and i sleep at least 6 hours. I dont take them everyday but when i use Tylenol PM they do the job and i actually sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first product of this type that I have tried, so I have no basis of comparison for products intended to do what this does, so keep that in mind. The good thing is that for me it did exactly what it said it would do: ease pain, and help me sleep. The bad part is that it seemed to hit me quite hard. I took 2 as directed at 6:45pm because I am just getting over covid, and still having aches that keep me up. When I woke up to my alarm at 7:30am the next morning I had a very hard time getting out of bed. This was in addition to the "spacey" head feeling I had at work (on my feet, moving around) until at least about 10:30am. I think that this is great for when you are sick and don't have to work the next day but for me personally I don't think the head feeling after was worth it. If I had taken this while still having covid I think it would have been great to be able to rest despite the bad body aches but unfortunately the box wasn't in yet. So if you are sensitive to meds at all (like I can be) then beware when using.

I start to feel sleepy within 15-20 minutes after taking it and laying down in bed, and I don’t have any grogginess the next day. The tylenol helps with some of the aches and pains that keep me from sleeping as deeply too, so it’s always a restful sleep with the help of Tylenol PM. Definitely recommend to my fellow insomniacs!
