I take tylenol pm in the evening on some nights I don't do my muscle relaxers and it helps with any discomfort while helping you sleep. I have the capsules and liquid. I suggest if you have any discomfort also it will help you get a good night's sleep

I’ve never been one to take anything for sleep until I tried the Tylenol PM. It’s truly a game changer. It’s not addictive but yet definitely does what it’s supposed to do. I was finally able to get some rest and at the same time it helped with my aches and minor pain.

I took my Tylenol PM around 10 pm, It took maybe 30 minutes to get drowsy and fall asleep. I slept all night, but I did wake up feeling a bit loopy. I metabolize things a bit slower it seems, so this is probably different for everyone. I think this is a great product for when you want to get on a sleeping schedule or have trouble falling asleep. I would definitely recommend it for those things.
