[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I like this because it's a pain relief plus help for sleeping all in one. I love Tylenol because it's a safer alternative to what's out on the market. I would recommend with just regular pain and sleep help or when sick.

The pills are a bit smaller than regular Tylenol, which is great for ppl who don’t like taking pills. I give this one 5 ⭐️

I was cramping and having the worst sinus headache so I decided to give this a try and I'm glad I did. about 30 min after taking it my cramps and headache was gone. Definitely started feeling the sleepiness of this product. normally takes me hours to finally fall asleep, but with this I was out within 45 min. I will be buying this for sure when I run out!

Also, the sleep aid used here is the main ingredient in benedryl, yet my allergies were still very present in my sleep. I was still stuffy, just stuffy and groggy. The headache I went to bed with was gone when I woke up, though.

I’ve never been one to take anything for sleep until I tried the Tylenol PM. It’s truly a game changer. It’s not addictive but yet definitely does what it’s supposed to do. I was finally able to get some rest and at the same time it helped with my aches and minor pain.

I used this when I had a terrible headache at night and it put me right to sleep and totally helped the pain. I woke up feeling amazing and not groggy at all! It works wonders. I’m able to get the relief my body needs US get a really good nights sleep! It’s amazing! I highly recommend this.
