P.S. you have about a window of about 25-35 minutes to put your phones away and make sure your glasses are off because you will fall asleep with them on. Also it’s non addicting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already have difficulty falling asleep at night, and when I’m experiencing pain it’s basically impossible, so I’m thrilled at the opportunity to try out Tylenol PM Extra Strength! They combine the pain relieving power of Acetaminophen (500mg) with diphenhydramine (24mg) to induce drowsiness, so that you can ease yourself into a good night’s rest. It’s been over a month, testing them out in a whole variety of different situations, from my intense cramps to my boyfriend’s headaches and back pain, and they’ve been incredibly helpful when we otherwise would be kept awake in discomfort. These pills are a familiar, easy-to-take size and shape like your usual Tylenol, but I really appreciate how they have a distinct blue color to make sure you can tell them apart, too! They’re also non-habit forming, and just two pills per dose (not to be exceeded in 24 hours) right before bedtime will start to work right away. Pain that prevents us from getting to sleep is the absolute worst, but we don’t have to worry about that anymore with these in our medicine cabinet. If you have similar experiences, I really cannot recommend them enough!

My husband and I both tested it out after an evening out with friends where we got bit by mosquitos. This really helped us be able to get a good nights rest and I was pleasantly surprised that I woke up feeling well. Sometimes night time medications make me feel groggy in the morning. I took this product as directed on the instructions which was easy to read and understand. I have hip/ back pain and it makes resting and falling asleep almost impossible. This product helped to relieve the pain and help me to get to sleep rather quick. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I normally just suffer through the pain the late in the day, but this has help me to get 3 restful nights of sleep, full nights of sleep. I was able to fall asleep with some back pain and stay asleep. I woke up feeling great in the morning with no tiredness. I will definitely be getting more of these. The pills are a bit smaller than regular Tylenol, which is great for ppl who don’t like taking pills. I give this one 5 ⭐️
