I do like this for pain relief and to get sleep. I think ibuprofen works better for me but this may be good for you. Give it a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does exactly what it's supposed to do. Take only as directed. The recommended dose is just enough to ease the pain and put you to sleep. I recommend taking it 20 minutes before you wanna fall asleep and go ahead and lay down.

I have had trouble sleeping so I thought I would give Tylenol PM a try and it has really helped me very much. I always had to get up and go to the bathroom one or twice during the night but now I can sleep right through the night and NOT have to get up. I highly recommend it to anyone having trouble sleeping.

I typically use melatonin and Tylenol before I go to bed and the melatonin is not working for me anymore and I don't want to have to take more. I've been taking one Tylenol PM a night for the past 3 nights and I've been falling asleep quickly and not waking up a bunch of times in the night like I usually do. This is definitely something I'll continue to use until it isn't effective anymore.
