[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already have difficulty falling asleep at night, and when I’m experiencing pain it’s basically impossible, so I’m thrilled at the opportunity to try out Tylenol PM Extra Strength! They combine the pain relieving power of Acetaminophen (500mg) with diphenhydramine (24mg) to induce drowsiness, so that you can ease yourself into a good night’s rest. It’s been over a month, testing them out in a whole variety of different situations, from my intense cramps to my boyfriend’s headaches and back pain, and they’ve been incredibly helpful when we otherwise would be kept awake in discomfort. These pills are a familiar, easy-to-take size and shape like your usual Tylenol, but I really appreciate how they have a distinct blue color to make sure you can tell them apart, too! They’re also non-habit forming, and just two pills per dose (not to be exceeded in 24 hours) right before bedtime will start to work right away. Pain that prevents us from getting to sleep is the absolute worst, but we don’t have to worry about that anymore with these in our medicine cabinet. If you have similar experiences, I really cannot recommend them enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An NSAID and pain reliever help so much with my neck and back pain. I take this before bed and it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I don’t feel groggy the next day either. Tylenol is a fantastic reputable brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked that it kicked in very quickly. I think had I taken it a little later I wouldn’t have woken up as early. It has made me drowsy all day. Definitely would recommend trying on a weekend or when you don’t have to do a lot the next day.

This help aid the soreness in my body from the gym, and standing on my feet all day at work. The product was effected. What a great sleeping aid.

What a great idea for when you aren’t quite sick but your body feels worn down and you can’t get comfortable enough to fall into the slumber that you need. Anti-inflammatory medication is great to take at night to help your body be able to repair your muscles. The added benefit of the sleep aid to help you achieve actual rest is great. This is a new staple in my house for long weekends of activities to help me rest up for the work week.

This product allows my body to relax and helps me fall asleep by taking away the pain of sore muscles. This is such a great product! If you wanna try this to help your pain and want to fall asleep easier then you need to try this. P.S. you have about a window of about 25-35 minutes to put your phones away and make sure your glasses are off because you will fall asleep with them on. Also it’s non addicting!
