[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time falling asleep due to arthritis, and ever day pain. Tylenol PM Extra Strength Nighttime Pain Reliever and Sleep Aid gave me the pain free, good night sleep I needed. It's my go to pain reliever at night.

I started taking these when they arrived and holy crap! when I woke up the next day I actually slept thru the night without achy pain! definitely will be keeping in my medicine cabinet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically get bad menstrual cramps at night, especially in my lower back so I took one of these and it took about 30ish minutes to kick in but once it started working I did feel more relaxed and my cramping/back pain lessened so I was able to fall asleep. I did wake up kinda groggy like I can tell the sleep aid affected me once I was up a little but that feeling wore off after like 10minutes. Overall pretty good, I don’t like taking pills often so I don’t think I’d purchase these unless I really needed some but overall, I give it a 4/5

It definitely helped me actually rest and relax I suffer from a lot of muscle pain and I work overnights and find it hard to relax when I need to and the benadryl and tylenol combo helps a lot. It is for sure worth a try if you suffer from aches and pains and can't rest.
