It was very effective at eliminating aches and pains while also helping me sleep without feeling restless. However, I felt like the effects were longer lasting than I would have left leaving me feeling groggy and fuzzy into the next morning making it hard to be fully functional.

It helps you get to sleep on nights where you may be in pain or even if you’re just having a hard time sleeping. As someone with chronic pain I always need these for those nights!

I have lots of trouble sleeping due to pain and just inability to get comfortable. Prescription sleep meds are too strong and leave me so tired the next day. Sometimes due to pain like lower back pain or a terrible toothache. Other times just plain couldn't fall asleep probably due to my anxiety. This will without a doubt give you the best night's rest you've ever had. The reason I love Tylenol PM is because you wake up feeling refreshed - not "hung over" and drowsy like with other OTC pain reliever/sleep aids. I also love that this will knock out the pain AND put you to sleep so you're not stuck taking two kinds of pills instead of one. Tylenol PM for the win!

I used this when I had a terrible headache at night and it put me right to sleep and totally helped the pain. I woke up feeling amazing and not groggy at all! Will definitely be using this more often and would recommend!
