I was training for a marathon. and some nights when I couldn't get my mind to stop and I had some aches I took this and it really helped. I woke up in the morning feeling super refreshed with no lingering drowsiness. and no lingering pains.

I work nights in a restaurant so I’m running around all night, especially weekends. This relieves the back pain and my sore feet. I highly recommend this with responsible use.

My dog wakes me up in the middle of the night to go potty and when she woke me up my headache was much better and I felt pretty sleepy still but when I woke up again in the morning I wasn't as sleepy.

These Tylenol caplets get four stars for their reliability. They always deliver. Even if the pain is too strong for this product alone, I've had a few major surgeries, it always helps take the sharp edge off the pain and allows me to fall asleep in comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I have aches and also can't sleep this is a good combo... especially since I already use diphenhydramine to help me sleep on occasion. It generally works well to help me fall asleep. I kinda wish there was a Tylenol pm version with Dimenhydrinate instead because for me that works a little better and with less side effects, diphenhydramine can cause restless legs if I use it too many days in a row.
