I took them about 30 minutes before I headed to bed, and I didn’t notice them making me any sleepier than usual. I did sleep pretty soundly, but I didn’t fall asleep any faster than usual. These might be good for you to try out if you need something to help you stay asleep if you have an injury, but I don’t think they helped me fall asleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Typically I am not a fan of PM style pain relievers or anything with sleeping aid qualities. They make me too groggy. Tylenol PM did NOT make me groggy, in fact I think I had amazing good quality sleep and my joints were so creaky on the morning!

I did however wake up like I had been drinking all night, a very hungover feeling. I think I need to give them another try with maybe more time to sleep.

However, you have to be careful to not take it too late because if you do you may not be able to wake up in the morning or end up waking up groggy like I often did. Some nights I just couldn't sleep because I was too achey and I would take one of these and I was able to fall asleep and that was great. if you can afford name brand Tylenol and are having trouble sleeping due to pain, I would recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I did CrossFit for the first time ever… in texas… in 107 degree weather.. let’s just say my legs hurt so bad the next day I couldn’t get out of the tub for an hour and I just shriveled like a prune until I rollllleeeddd out. I took these and not only did it help with the pain I was actually able to sleep! I recommend!!!!

Let me tell you I keep Tylenol pm on my bedside table. No matter what is going on if I feel a headache or cramps coming on I take 2 Tylenol pms and wake up feeling so much better. The only downside would be that if I don’t get enough sleep I feel groggy/drunk feeling.

I had a headache a few nights ago, I took a Tylenol PM and fell asleep within about 15 minutes. Woke up with the headache gone. Huge relief to know I have a medication that is reliable pain relief when I need it, particularly at night!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tylenol pm is nice to use for the next time you cannot sleep and you need quick pain relief. “Check the ingredients in your medicine and Use only 1 product that contains antihistamine at a time.” Use only by directed on bottle… This provides temporary relief for headaches and minor aches, this as stated on the bottle is going to help with sleeplessness. Get a good, well rested, pain free nights sleep, with Tylenol PM pain reliever and nighttime sleep help.
