This has given me the most pain free sleep possible. I struggle with chronic pain. The packaging is really easy to open! I feel like I get a lot for the cost. This is the only PM medicine to not immediately knock me out! The ingredients are gentle on me.

Also, the sleep aid used here is the main ingredient in benedryl, yet my allergies were still very present in my sleep. I was still stuffy, just stuffy and groggy. The headache I went to bed with was gone when I woke up, though.

It definitely helped me actually rest and relax I suffer from a lot of muscle pain and I work overnights and find it hard to relax when I need to and the benadryl and tylenol combo helps a lot. It is for sure worth a try if you suffer from aches and pains and can't rest.

It also helps me quite a bit with slowing down my racing thoughts etc. Very calming. These work quickly for me, usually within 20 minutes or so. I don't recommend using them every day, but a couple times a week would be okay. I don't feel groggy or tired in the morning after I take these as long as I have about 6 hours to dedicate to sleep.
