I have a love and hate relationship with these. I love how fast and effective it makes me want to sleep. But not in the morning when I can’t get out of bed because I feel groggy from these. I also got super addictive to these!!! I had severe insomnia a few years back, and I took one almost every single night. After having a baby I couldn’t sleep.! It got so bad that I actually had to force myself to quit these cold turkey and teach myself to sleep without these and that was hard! Fast forward a few years and I’m fine.

It’s also great if you have soreness after working with a need for deeper sleep if you struggle with that! I would recommend!

This is a holy grail product that me and my family keep on our home. It never fails us me and my husband uses this product whenever one of those headaches come out of nowhere and you can't get comfortable or even lie down I reach for these and within 30 min I feel like myself again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first product of this type that I have tried, so I have no basis of comparison for products intended to do what this does, so keep that in mind. The good thing is that for me it did exactly what it said it would do: ease pain, and help me sleep. The bad part is that it seemed to hit me quite hard. I took 2 as directed at 6:45pm because I am just getting over covid, and still having aches that keep me up. When I woke up to my alarm at 7:30am the next morning I had a very hard time getting out of bed. This was in addition to the "spacey" head feeling I had at work (on my feet, moving around) until at least about 10:30am. I think that this is great for when you are sick and don't have to work the next day but for me personally I don't think the head feeling after was worth it. If I had taken this while still having covid I think it would have been great to be able to rest despite the bad body aches but unfortunately the box wasn't in yet. So if you are sensitive to meds at all (like I can be) then beware when using.

It was very effective at eliminating aches and pains while also helping me sleep without feeling restless. However, I felt like the effects were longer lasting than I would have left leaving me feeling groggy and fuzzy into the next morning making it hard to be fully functional.

This stuff really works. It ends my headache or body aches and pains quickly. The bonus of this product is that it helps you sleep as well. No one wants to have pain that causes restless nights. Great for cold symptoms. End the sore throat pain and help you catch some ZZZs so that your body can recover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Tylenol box yesterday and honestly it was perfect timing. I have a lot going on right know since I’m moving a couple of states over. With this I was able to have a good sleep and recharge to continue with my moving process. 20/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me, it does the job that it is intended to do for minor aches and pains. Know though you should not take any medications without first consulting with your primary care physician to know if it’s appropriate for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes I get nighttime headaches. Even though I’m tired it can get hard to fall asleep because the headache is there. I took 2 caplets as directed on the package and it was easier to fall asleep. I took on a night that I didn’t have to work next day. It didn’t make me feel drowsy but I did wake up later than usual. Still recommend it
