[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to try free from Influenster. I am very happy with how this Tylenol PM is working. I typically use melatonin and Tylenol before I go to bed and the melatonin is not working for me anymore and I don't want to have to take more. I've been taking one Tylenol PM a night for the past 3 nights and I've been falling asleep quickly and not waking up a bunch of times in the night like I usually do. This is definitely something I'll continue to use until it isn't effective anymore.

I took my Tylenol PM around 10 pm, It took maybe 30 minutes to get drowsy and fall asleep. I slept all night, but I did wake up feeling a bit loopy. I metabolize things a bit slower it seems, so this is probably different for everyone. I think this is a great product for when you want to get on a sleeping schedule or have trouble falling asleep. I would definitely recommend it for those things.

I don’t wake up groggy from its use and it’s a 2 in one problem solver. Pain reducer and sleeping aid which is very convenient for those like me who rather not take too many meds together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I'm hurting at night I reach for my Extra Strength Tylenol PM it's great for headaches minor achs and pains and has a sleep aid in it for all those restless nights... it contains 500mg Acetaminophen which is a pain reliever and Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg which is a sleep aid it keeps my pain at ease and I sleep like a baby....

It was a nice peaceful sleep and I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed. I did take this one night when I had a headache and my headache was gone and I got a nice nap also. Great product and I would buy and recommend this to many people.

They worked pretty well...I believe my anticipation kept me awake longer than I should have been. Either case, I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and energetic. I would recommend this product for your need of sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first product of this type that I have tried, so I have no basis of comparison for products intended to do what this does, so keep that in mind. The good thing is that for me it did exactly what it said it would do: ease pain, and help me sleep. The bad part is that it seemed to hit me quite hard. I took 2 as directed at 6:45pm because I am just getting over covid, and still having aches that keep me up. When I woke up to my alarm at 7:30am the next morning I had a very hard time getting out of bed. This was in addition to the "spacey" head feeling I had at work (on my feet, moving around) until at least about 10:30am. I think that this is great for when you are sick and don't have to work the next day but for me personally I don't think the head feeling after was worth it. If I had taken this while still having covid I think it would have been great to be able to rest despite the bad body aches but unfortunately the box wasn't in yet. So if you are sensitive to meds at all (like I can be) then beware when using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seemed to work with in half hour or so. I deal with nerve pain from previous surgeries, so sleep is hard to come by some nights. I definitely got relief and was able to fall asleep quickly. I slept for a solid 4 hours. Probably won't be a go to product but it serves its purpose. Works great on night time headaches.

I keep these in my purse, backpack, room, and car! can't go anywhere without them! I played softball for from t-ball all the way to playing division 1 and this was my saving grace. When the pain is too bad at night I take these and they put me right to sleep.
