[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does exactly what it's supposed to do. Take only as directed. The recommended dose is just enough to ease the pain and put you to sleep. I recommend taking it 20 minutes before you wanna fall asleep and go ahead and lay down.

The tyleon pm pills helped my back pain and helped me get a good night's rest. I do recommend you getting at least 8 hours of rest. when I had to wake up a lot earlier than that I did feel slightly groggy. when I got the full hours sleep I felt amazing. the price point is great. highly recommend.

This product is great for pain and sleepless night associated with uncomfortable pain. I like how easy the caplets are to swallow. I take 2 caps at night before going to bed. I have back pain and this product helped take the edge off and helped me drift off to sleep. Doesn't leave you feeling like your head is in a dog in the morning. That's a plus.

If not, it’s convenient and easier to take one of these than having to take two pills for the same benefits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start with, I have trouble sleeping pretty frequently, however I wouldn't recommend using this as a sleep aid. Taking Tylenol on a daily basis isn't good for you, however. If you have a headache or are just generally in pain, this does definitely help out as well as make it easier to get some rest. So, it does its job well, just don't over use it.

I took these and not only did it help with the pain I was actually able to sleep! I recommend!!!!
