Tylenol PM helps with my aches & pains while quickly helping me sleep. When I wake after taking Tylenol PM I never feel that drowsy hungover feeling. I feel rested and not as achy. I'm a repeat costumer, & will continue to be so. I recommend this to anyone who talks to their doctor and finds its a good fit!

It helps put me to sleep and helps my cramps, headaches, and restlessness all in one. Other sleep aids had made my restless worse. Definitely will be purchasing again in the near future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start with, I have trouble sleeping pretty frequently, however I wouldn't recommend using this as a sleep aid. Taking Tylenol on a daily basis isn't good for you, however. If you have a headache or are just generally in pain, this does definitely help out as well as make it easier to get some rest. So, it does its job well, just don't over use it.

Drink plenty of water while taking them to speed up their disintegration. Waking up the following morning was a breeze & I didn't even feel groggy. I would recommend them, & let someone else try them if they had a headache.

Allergies have really been a killer and my sinuses keep me up, but Tylenol PM not only helps my throat and sinuses but gives me the rest I need to function the next day!

I definitely got relief and was able to fall asleep quickly. I slept for a solid 4 hours. Probably won't be a go to product but it serves its purpose. Works great on night time headaches.

Just before bed in Sunday night I took these and let me tell you, I got a great night sleep and woke up without any pain or groggy feeling the next morning! This stuff for the win!

I could not recommend it more, especially for pesky headaches when all you want to do is sleep but the pains keeping you up!

I was told by my doctor to take these for restless legs and I have 3 ankle surgeries in the past so I have terrible pain at night from being on my feet all day they help me sleep and knock me out without in a hour or two after taking them and I sleep like a baby so that is saying a sleeping baby is in no pain!!! I would highly recommend these to anyone.
