I don’t think they helped me fall asleep any faster but they kept me asleep. I woke up with significant less pain from painting and working out, so I definitely got restful sleep! I would recommend this product and have it on hand.

I don’t feel Awful the next morning after taking them and they don’t make me pass out so hard I can’t be woke up. Perfect balance.

This has given me the most pain free sleep possible. I struggle with chronic pain. The packaging is really easy to open! I feel like I get a lot for the cost. This is the only PM medicine to not immediately knock me out! The ingredients are gentle on me.

I always needed something like ibuprofen aspirin to really work. But then I had to be put on a blood thinner and goodbye NSAIDs. They worked instantly and I felt no pain because I was fast asleep within 20 minutes. I recommend if you need to fall asleep and are in pain. Only take 2 because it’s strong.

Tylenol PM Extra Strength Nighttime Pain Releaver and sleep aid has been a big help on those nights that I can't fall asleep and my joints ache or I have a headache. It takes away the pain and helps me sleep. I don't feel drowsy the next day. Definitely a staple in the medicine cabinet.

I highly recommend it. It cannot be missing in my home. Its effectiveness is incredible. When I have any discomfort, it helps me a lot and makes me have a good night. For its effectiveness, I am satisfied with the price I pay. I recommend it. I have this small package that I always carry with me.

I start to feel sleepy within 15-20 minutes after taking it and laying down in bed, and I don’t have any grogginess the next day. The tylenol helps with some of the aches and pains that keep me from sleeping as deeply too, so it’s always a restful sleep with the help of Tylenol PM. Definitely recommend to my fellow insomniacs!

As I said. Goodnight! Haha. Yeah I'm out in 39 minutes after taking two of these. I don't use them all the time as I'm actually in a prescribed sleeping medication. But if that doesn't work (as it sometimes doesn't) Then I take a couple of these and that's the end of my eyes being open. Plus as I rated the other Tylenol...great for headaches!
