But after trying this new Tylenol PM I am pleasantly surprised with its amazing effectiveness. Such a reliever! I have taken 1 and pain is gone within a short time than I expected. I had a very nice sleep as well as good pain relief. I am so happy to get this pain reliever. This is the one perfectly made for me. There is no side effect. Highly recommended.

I had to try these, since ai just received the voxbox. The pain did go away and I got to sleep, the only thing is I might have taken it too late in the night.i woke up a little groggy but very relaxed and pain free. I would recommend you take it earlier rather then later because you will eale up and be sleepy. other than that this worked well .

This has given me the most pain free sleep possible. I struggle with chronic pain. The packaging is really easy to open! I feel like I get a lot for the cost. This is the only PM medicine to not immediately knock me out! The ingredients are gentle on me.

These are amazing for my cramps! I cannot stress this enough. The packaging is nice, the amount is nice, it activates really fast, and also I slee like a baby! I use it only during my menstrual and I don’t think I will use anything else. I’m satisfied completely.

Tylenol PM Extra Strength Nighttime Pain Releaver and sleep aid has been a big help on those nights that I can't fall asleep and my joints ache or I have a headache. It takes away the pain and helps me sleep. I don't feel drowsy the next day. Definitely a staple in the medicine cabinet.

I start to feel sleepy within 15-20 minutes after taking it and laying down in bed, and I don’t have any grogginess the next day. The pain was worse when I would lay down and try to sleep. I finally decided to give Tylenol PM a try and I’m so grateful that I did because I was finally able to sleep! It helped with the pain and made me sleepy enough to be able to sleep through it. No grogginess the next morning and no side effects. Will definitely be my go to when I have pain at bedtime.

I do like this for pain relief and to get sleep. I think ibuprofen works better for me but this may be good for you. Give it a try!
