[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little pill because it helps me sleep pain free, I have a lot of issues with falling asleep due to pain from a car accident and after taking this I fall asleep right away and when I wake up I feel so well rested!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never tried any pm pain products. The one time I did I had a tension headache and I could not sleep. I had to try these, since ai just received the voxbox. The pain did go away and I got to sleep, the only thing is I might have taken it too late in the night.i woke up a little groggy but very relaxed and pain free. I would recommend you take it earlier rather then later because you will eale up and be sleepy. other than that this worked well .

Tylenol PM has definitely helped me sleep through some painful nights but now I have higher than usual liver serum enzymes. Definitely not an everyday medication. I wish you all could come up with a daily dose for sleep that is not harmful to the liver.

It helps you get to sleep on nights where you may be in pain or even if you’re just having a hard time sleeping. As someone with chronic pain I always need these for those nights!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using these for some cramps and headache. I used it before bed and put something on to watch. Within half an hour I felt that bad boy kicking in and my eyes got heavy fast. I went right to sleep and was feeling good in the morning!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so these are really nice for when you need to get some sleep and you don't feel well. Or are restless. It also helps me quite a bit with slowing down my racing thoughts etc. Very calming. These work quickly for me, usually within 20 minutes or so. I don't recommend using them every day, but a couple times a week would be okay. I don't feel groggy or tired in the morning after I take these as long as I have about 6 hours to dedicate to sleep.
