My go to if I'm in any pain. No pain and sleepy time. One last thing you have to worry about if you are in pain..not being able to sleep because of pain.

These work amazing to help you go to sleep and stay asleep. They also seem to help alleviate daily neck and back pains when waking up. I would recommend
