I gave Tylenol pm to my 13 year old son. He sprained his wrist and was having a hard time sleeping. After about an hour of having taken the Tylenol Pm, he complained of feeling dizzy and nauseated. I will never make this mistake again.

I've always used Tylenol PM Extra Strength for Nighttime! It does exactly that. I get a goodnight sleep with no pain and wake up feeling better than before. I definitely recommend.

My go to for any night time muscle soreness or headaches. The pain can keep me up all night and these help not only with the pain but also falling asleep sometimes even before the pain meds have kicked in.
