I gave Tylenol pm to my 13 year old son. He sprained his wrist and was having a hard time sleeping. After about an hour of having taken the Tylenol Pm, he complained of feeling dizzy and nauseated. I will never make this mistake again.

I only need to take one of these at night to get a good rest! I don’t feel groggy when I wake up so that is definitely a plus and I usually fall asleep within 15 minutes of taking just one pill!

When I have a headache I struggle to fall sleep. But with tylenol pm this problem is fixed right away. I feel great in the morning and the ingredients don’t make me feel droopy. Love this packaging because I can throw it in my purse

Definitely a staple when you have a headache and you need to sleep or always recommend this product. The prices are too high I like to take the gels if you can find them but it’s been really hard to find in the last few months.
