I have to take this stuff before bed after a long day at work as I deal with back issues a lot. This helps sooth the pain and helps me get to sleep much faster

I get body aches at night and the is great ,I take 2 The effectiveness of this is safe and has no effects, I feel very safe and rest peacefully and have never had side effects and wake up rested and ready to go

This stuff not only got rid of my headache rapidly, it knocked me out. It was all the store had and I didn't expect it to kick in so quickly. It works but definitely take it before bed, very helpful.

This is the Tylenol that I use because it gives me a lot of headaches and if when I take it I can rest when I wake up I no longer have the headache. it's very good

When I'm feeling the pain at night this is my GO TO. It relieves my pain and puts me right to sleep. There's nothing worse then not being able to sleep because you feel like crap.

I don't like this particular Tylenol. I have gotten severe headaches after trying it a couple of times. I don't recommend using without properly reading the labels first.

Perfect for period cramps and headaches. I take before bed and can sleep through the night. I have horrible cramps and long periods so I appreciate a pill that I can take once a day

If you sick and just want to sleep the sickness away please take it don't drive to plan anything just plan to lay down and you will be out 10/10 would recommend

Obsessed! I have looked for years for something that could make me fall asleep without feeling drowsy the next day but also helps with a headache at the same time and Tylenol PM you pulled thru!
