Tylenol PM extra strength nighttime pain reliever and sleep aid with 500 mg acetaminophen is the best sleep aid without a prescription! It works great!

These help relieve my pain and help me get to sleep much faster. They come with a child proof cap and push to open cap. I don't have a groggy feeling in the morning after taking them. They contain Acetaminophen and are safe in moderation.

Went through an awful time with sleeping !! Tylenol pm worked well for me. It also helped with nighttime aches and pains. I was never groggy in the morning. I would recommend Tylenol.

Tylenol PMs are great before bed. They will knock you out. Easy to take and perfect for when you can't fall asleep. make sure you don't have anything important going on before you take them because you will be falling asleep.
