I have utilized Tylenol PM extra strength nighttime and and as a pain reliever works well. I could not tell a difference between it and the standard Tylenol Extra strength.

These work geat on fevers and simple pains. It helps the fever go down within he hour. It takes about and hour to help with low impact pan this also helps with sleep a night.

This stuff is amazing. We always have this in the house. It just helps with all the aches and pains after a long run hard day at the gym or working all day in the yard help us sleep while our bodies heal.

For someone who always has muscle aches these work great. Because they are PM is an added bonus. My muscle aches are usually gone shortly after taking these.

I had lasik eye surgery and picked some tylenol pm up before my surgery. It really did knock me out and help me get lots of rest when I was uncomfortable.
