Its an excellent pain releiver. Helps greatly.in.muscle.aches, joint pain, back pain, and also in dysmmenorrhea. Does not cause stomach upset. Definitely recommend.

While I found it does help get me to sleep, for me, it lingers too long into the morning hours. I get a good rest, but affects last too long. It’s probably just my personal reaction.

I always take this before bed when I am sick and it helps me sleep through the night! I would recommend this to anyone who is like me and has trouble sleeping through the night when they get sick.
