it had an odor when cooking, it did not smell spoiled. also, i had to wait 10 min before anyone spoke to me, and they could not find my order which tells me you have a poor location system in place this is the 2nd time i tried this and both time I had to wait and both times they could not find my order.

DISGUSTING - Bought on the 18th and these images are what I got, the last 2 times I went back to Sams the beef chubs have changed and no longer look right. I always bought this ground beef when I went to sams club but won't purchase it anymore, in fact it was really the only reason for having a club membership over other warehouse stores. Are other people noticing this? What have they done? Huge chunks of fat, silver skin, and grissle. It's disgusting to look at and it the texture and taste matches - DISGUSTING threw it away! Sams Club what happened?

This was my first time buying ground beef from Sam’s - NEVER AGAIN. I always buy large chubs of ground beef, cook it all and then freeze it in smaller portions. This meat is not great - there are so many un-chewable bits - GROSS! In a small bowl of noodles or one taco there would be 4-5 bits to spit out. Very disappointing.

So, thankfully, sams refunded us in 5 to 7 days, but be careful. i got a roll and cut to put in the freezer as always. 3 days later, i took a pound out, and it thawed brown. i thought maybe i left it out to long but then i realized the smell was foul on even the frozen ones. i cut them but really never sniffed so i would suggest you be careful

So I bought a pkg that showed 10.2 pounds of 80/20. I cooked the whole pkg and packaged it in one pound packages to freeze. Out of that 10.02 lb pkg I only got 7 pounds of cooked beef. I even weighed the grease that cooked off of it and it only accounted for a half pound. So there was no way that pkg could have been 10.02 pounds. They are either intentionally mislabeling their meat or they have very faulty weighing equipment. Not happy that with beef so expensive already they are overcharging their customers.

My family loves this ground beef. My issue is we purchased a roll that was just over 10lbs per the label. However, I weight them out and vacuum seal. I measure them into 1lb packages. When I was done we had just under 8lbs. I could see if it was 1/2lb or less but not 2lbs-that's over $10!!!!! Will be paying way more attention to the weight discrepancy in the future.
