95% fat 5% meat. I bout this roll to last as I am a single mom and ground beef is expensive. This overall was the best price that I have found. I got 13 pounds out of it. I'm thankful I have a stockpile but, due to how much fat content It has I can only use it in some meals I cook.

I will not buy burger any where else than Sam's!

I used this ground round to make a big pot of Chili, stuffed peppers, a Macaroni cheese casserole with hamburger, and lastly a couple of meat loafs for some friends who need a good meal and i find it economical buy in bulk to make meals for them.

This was the greatest ground beef I have ever purchased from Sam’s. I bought a 10 lb chub. After browning it I drained off 6 (six) cups of grease & water. This is not except able. I have never had this much waist from their ground beef. Would not recommend.

Were real close to Labor Day and this is hardly ever in stock but yet they have the wholesale package which has multiples in for over $200 in stock at the store. So why don't they take it out of the box put it on the shelf as individual units and make your customers happy???

it had an odor when cooking, it did not smell spoiled. also, i had to wait 10 min before anyone spoke to me, and they could not find my order which tells me you have a poor location system in place this is the 2nd time i tried this and both time I had to wait and both times they could not find my order.

Used to love getting the ground beef, but this past time we got it it had almost no fat to drain which made me wonder why not since its supposed to be 80/20. Time to get my meat from different stores now since idk what is put in this ground meat as a filler

I LOVE this ground meat. I buy the whole tube. The butcher at my store will slice into 1/3 lb burgers. I freeze four in each ziplock bag and I can use at a later date for burgers, meatballs and spaghetti, hamburger helper...whatever! I can cook burgers from frozen, by throwing in skillet with a few tablespoons of water. They cook up beautifully, within 20 minutes. This is my absolute favorite ground meat!
