Best way to buy hamburger

Nowhere near as good as it use to be! I don't believe this was 80/20. There was an excessive amount of fat.

The meat is still greasy after you drain the grease. Its like the grease us sticking to the meat. I would not recommend it at all.

I like ground chunk. I have found that this is the best value for my money. The meat cooks up very well mo matter what it is included in

I get these all the time and freeze in smaller portions with my Food Saver. Then I have the best beef for tacos, meat loafs and burgers.

Always break these down into 1/3 lb burgers and 5 other 1 lb units of ground beef. My son and I are able to process all of this in about 20 minutes! Patty press makes it really easy!

Not bad, but to darn expensive.

A lot of fat but real good flavor

I used this ground round to make a big pot of Chili, stuffed peppers, a Macaroni cheese casserole with hamburger, and lastly a couple of meat loafs for some friends who need a good meal and i find it economical buy in bulk to make meals for them.
