The 80/20 ground chuck is always very good. It has the perfect lean to fat ratio for burgers and other uses.

We are Carnivore and are always looking for fatty ground beef that cooks well and tastes great, this fits the bill to a T! Better than Walmart or Winn Dixie (“The Beef People”).

I used to find this to be a great bargain but now its super expensive and tje quality has gone down, the last 2 i got have been gritty and fatty not at all like they used to be.

I buy this to make my dog food. Qualities is not bad at all, I would eat it if it didn’t have pink fluff in it. But I go for the hundred percent grass fed beef. Why did they put fillers and coloring in everything?

So I walked past this giant pack of ground beef for about a month. But I decided to purchase it and it is worth it. I cut it up in individual packages and different sizes. I will probably get this again because it lasts and tastes good!

Probably a 50/50 fat to lean meat ratio. Definitely wouldn’t purchase again. Also the meat was not consistent throughout, some portions were either older or didn’t properly cool.

I will not be buying this again. It had tons of pieces of fat and bone. It was coursely ground making it a tough texture when cooked and big gross pieces of unchewable fat. I have to chop up the meat more before I can cook it to get a normal consistency just to finish off what I paid for.
