Always break these down into 1/3 lb burgers and 5 other 1 lb units of ground beef. My son and I are able to process all of this in about 20 minutes! Patty press makes it really easy!

So much less expensive than other stores, and i can divide it up in the quantities that fit my cooking needs. It is not too coarse and not mushy like some box store ground beef.

Lots of flavor. You may think it is more economical to buy the 90/10 ground beef and in some cases that's true, but in dishes such as chili, or stuffed cabbage ect. meat with a little more fat taste better.

We try to purchase our meats from Sams. It just feels like a better price. We were able to get this and then separate it into smaller servings and freeze them. It definitely makes it easier for dinners when you have the staples on hand.

Let's face it...it's always weird purchasing a meat log. I think the lean to fat ratio was reasonable, not a lot of fat to drain off. You really do get a lot for your money, don't forget freezer bags.

This was the worse tube I've ever gotten. It it cooked up so much liquid and seemed mushy. Not sure why this batch was no good. But won't buy again. Was very disappointed

It's ground beef - great for a lot of recipes. Yes, it is a MEGA-CHUB, but a good value. Rememer, you can separate it and freeze it until you need it.

Buying it by bulk i was able to seperate it for at least three to four or five seperate meals and not grocery shop as often. Great for grilled burgers!

I normally buy the 80/20 and there is very little grease to drain. Meat has good color, fresh and makes delicious meals. I usually buy two or three of these 10 lb. rolls for funeral meal our church ministry provides.
