It's a big ol tube of meat. I like that it has an ung-dly amount of food for $50 I don't like I have to section it out for storage.

This had little bits and pieces in it that felt like gristle when handling it but seemed to go away when cooked. Some weird food additive? Definitely a cheap product as far as quality. I probably won't buy again
