So much less expensive than other stores, and i can divide it up in the quantities that fit my cooking needs. It is not too coarse and not mushy like some box store ground beef.

It's ground beef - great for a lot of recipes. Yes, it is a MEGA-CHUB, but a good value. Rememer, you can separate it and freeze it until you need it.

Lots of flavor. You may think it is more economical to buy the 90/10 ground beef and in some cases that's true, but in dishes such as chili, or stuffed cabbage ect. meat with a little more fat taste better.

This had little bits and pieces in it that felt like gristle when handling it but seemed to go away when cooked. Some weird food additive? Definitely a cheap product as far as quality. I probably won't buy again

I divide this into 3-4 meal size servings for my freezer Some cooked, some raw. My small freezer can accommodate this quantity. The price is far better than competitors in my area.

Buying it by bulk i was able to seperate it for at least three to four or five seperate meals and not grocery shop as often. Great for grilled burgers!

Let's face it...it's always weird purchasing a meat log. I think the lean to fat ratio was reasonable, not a lot of fat to drain off. You really do get a lot for your money, don't forget freezer bags.

We try to purchase our meats from Sams. It just feels like a better price. We were able to get this and then separate it into smaller servings and freeze them. It definitely makes it easier for dinners when you have the staples on hand.

I normally buy the 80/20 and there is very little grease to drain. Meat has good color, fresh and makes delicious meals. I usually buy two or three of these 10 lb. rolls for funeral meal our church ministry provides.
