I buy this beef frequently. I buy 80/20. The tube I bought in early August was extremely dry. I had to add fat to cook it. The taste was string and gamey. The color of the meat was very dark. We ate it because I am sure it won't hurt us and I don't like wasting food. Last week I bought another tube. The meat is lighter in color and I'm hoping the taste is better and there is actually some fat in this meat.
