The coffeemaker produces a very good cup of coffee. Each serving can be tailored to individual preferences by setting coarseness of grind, boldness, brewing temperature, and size of cup. Unlike many burr grinders, it doesn't scatter ground coffee on the counter. There are a few issues, however, that lowered the rating from five to four stars. The clean grinder warning is always illuminated, despite repeated cleanings. Occasionally, the grinder hits an air pocket despite an ample supply of beans. When the brew basket swings open to clean the filter, some liquid often spills onto the counter. After cleaning the filter, closing the unit often requires a bit of fiddling around. On balance, it makes good coffee with a high degree of flexibility and is therefore recommended, despite the remaining opportunities for product improvement.

It can brew you the best tasting coffee in as little as 2 minutes where it’s 8 cups or 1 cup. It has customizable features so you can set it up to brew your own coffee and then someone else’s coffee. This is truly an amazing product. I just absolutely love it. It is so easy to clean up everything about it is just easy and you will enjoy the best tasting coffee at the convenience of your own home. I highly recommend this product to anyone who loves coffee.

There are so many different options and choices to customize your perfect cup of coffee. The option to brew a single cup or a carafe is very convenient. Once the brewing starts, the aroma throughout the house is amazing. The app was a little more difficult to set up because it seems like we could set up just one phone. If we tried to set up two phones, it messed up the connection on the other phone. I'm not really worried about that and I still feel that using this coffee maker for the first time was a great experience.

First tried using mug setting 10 oz on gold setting. Added non-dairy creamer. Taste tested before adding sweetener. Perfect! Sugar not needed! First time that ever happened! Definitely worth the time spent figuring all the settings, etc. Highly recommended.

There are a lot of options to choose how you want your coffee. From grinding to brewing, the process is fairly quick. The water and coffee bean reserve also holds a large amount. The only complaint is that there is coffee ground residue in your cup. If you want a fresh cup of coffee fast, this is a great machine overall.

The coffee basket needs to be eased into place or it will not close properly and the water tank seems to slide in easily but sometimes doesn’t connect properly, you will have to lift it and re-set it a few times for the water to pump through. After the brew is done, it doesn’t seem to keep heating the pot so if you don’t pour right away, your coffee is cold.

We have been using this coffee maker for many months now. The pros: the grinder is not loud, it's user friendly, and fairly easy to clean. The coffee pot does get a bit coffee stained but not sure that's avoidable. The cons: the bean hopper doesn't feed the coffee well, we have to stand over it and make sure the beans go into the grinder consistently, the coffee is not all that strong and we have everything set to the strongest settings. We also buy dark roast beans. Overall I love how quiet it is compared to other grind and brew coffee makers.

It is fairly easy to clean and there are many options on how you would like the coffee made. It is not very loud, and the app allows you to set a specific time you want the coffee made, for example if you wake up everyday at 530 you can set an alarm for it to brew for that time. It would be helpful if they told you the amount of coffee to put in the filter area as well as measurements for the beans when it grinds. It also says it can make 10 cups of coffee but it has not made that many yet.
