Worth it

By far the best coffee maker I've ever owned, it's easy to use and gives you a lot of customization options. The versatility between brewing directly to cup in the carafe for when you when you are hosting or just need an after work pick me up. Stop wasting your time with the bland Keurig. Once you try this, you'll never go back.

Love/hate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee pot is great until it’s not. The coffee is very strong, no matter what setting you use. The carafe doesn’t keep it warm very long so you have to use the hottest setting. We are on our third one which has been replaced by GE under the warranty. Thank goodness for that. The water sensor has some sort of issue over time where it doesn’t realize the well has water and won’t brew. Hopefully this third pot lasts more than three months like the first two.
