Great machine, but for some reason, the basket keeps popping open during the grinding process.

There are a lot of options to choose how you want your coffee. From grinding to brewing, the process is fairly quick. The water and coffee bean reserve also holds a large amount. The only complaint is that there is coffee ground residue in your cup. If you want a fresh cup of coffee fast, this is a great machine overall.
