This thing bews a great cup of coffee.... when it actually brews it! Wored great for a week.. Now it's add beans.. beans are full, add water. Water is full, I spend more time cleaning descaling and putting this thng back together than we do making coffee. The 10 cup capacity is silly! The app interface is more of a headache than convenience! I service the grinder every other day. Doesn't hold a ton of beans either. If you are single, and have time to kill this is the coffee pot for you.. if more than 1 person in the house requires coffee pass on the expensive paper weight! I would have got rid of it by now but the stupid thing is expensive!! So yes I have had the piece of junk for 5 months and pray I get a cup of coffee when I wake up!

Machine is only a couple of months old and the brew basket pops open as soon as the grind function begins. I have cleaned all areas and components. I have descaled (even though more or less new) as well. Changed the setting for a more course grind. The basket itself has a lot of play. Will be returning and hope for a new machine that will work. We do like the quality of the coffee when it does brew.

Great machine, great coffee. No problems after a year. Only wish the top of the carafe was not plastic (no plastic), but close to perfect otherwise

Love this Grind &Brew we were using k cups but didn't like the plastic involved. This is a better alternative to single cup coffee.

I love the features and the convenience. Grinding whole beans for fresh tasting coffee has never been easier.

It was terrible on wifi connectivity. Also, the coffee tasted like plastic, even after a dozen manual brews.

[Employee of ge_appliances] First one leaked. Coffee doesn't stay hot very long. Can't reheat it since there is no heating plate (my bad for not checking that one).

Best coffee I have ever brewed, large water reservoir. Only issue basket keeps popping open & have checked and tried different checks, but not every time ?!
