DO NOT BUY! We were very excited to get this coffee maker. I purchased in November as Christmas gift and we installed it last weekend (Feb 28th'26). Within three brews the brew basket mechanism that allows coffee to flow to the pot was breaking and quickly got worse. There seems to be a defect. We asked for a refund but due to the dates we can only get a new unit shipped. Unless they fix this design flaw the same will happen as the plastic that protects the spring is clearly not strong enough to sustain even basic use. I love GE appliances and have them in other places, the fur slice toaster is sweet, but this coffee maker is a dud and way too expensive to not work.

This coffee maker is great and works very well, much better than cheaper makers I have used. The only additional feature I wish it had, is a hot plate to keep coffee hot.

Great coffee maker! Grinding and brewing is spot on and the different brew strengths are terrific. Coffee tastes amazing! Love the single serve or carafe options.

Makes a great cup of coffee. Love starting coffee machine from our bed. The online app is too simple, would be nice to be able to make more adjustments. Has been easy to clean and our new favorite addition in our kitchen.

With an added bonus of single cup - podless brewing to give me another option. First brew was excellent and met expectations.

Makes good coffee, but the coffee grounds climb all the way up the sides of the filter and are a mess to clean. The bin that holds the ground coffee is a bit difficult to get out of the coffee maker and the area beneath the bin has coffee stains and bits of ground coffee in it every day that can not be completely cleaned. The setting to have the coffee brewed each morning has to be activated each day - you cannot set it to brew coffee each day, say at 7am, for example. The bin that holds the coffee beans is a bit small and has to be refilled every 2-3 days. I replaced my other brand coffee maker with this one and regret it.

This is happening when making a whole pot. Love the Bluetooth. Make it from bed! Only issue is that the bean container is small so you have to fill it more. Looks great in the kitchen! Makes a great cup of fresh ground coffee.

Easy to operate, great settings and control, app functionality. Love that it will grind the beans before it makes the pot...love it! 10 cup capacity so a little less than others who have 12 or 14 cups. Adding water is a pain, large container, but opening is somewhat small and painful to get to. I spill every single time so end up having my coffee pot on a tray to collect overspill, etc. and keep it off the counter. Be aware, there is no heater with this coffee pot. It brews the coffee into the carafe and that's all...its stays warm for an hour or two, but then cools off. I wasn't aware of then when purchasing but it hasn't been too much of an issue since I drink a whole pot usually within an hour. Only real beef I have is I wish the bean holder was deeper. I keep having to remember to check it each night and fill it up. It usually lasts two days before it needs filling up and I forgot one night and it didn't brew the next day as there weren't enough beans to grind. I'm appreciative that it didn't brew a weak pot but still a pain as there is no notification of "low beans" or anything.

I absolutely love this coffee maker, I actually bought two. I bought one for a regular coffee and one for decaf. It's the best flavored coffee and it makes the exact amount that I want. It's really simple to use and all the options are straightforward. I'll never own a different coffee machine!

Love everything about this product, but there's one annoying issue. The coffee filter door keeps popping open during the grinding process. Even after cleaning it per instructions, the door keeps popping open. I may have to return it and just keep my 15 year old Cuisinart coffee maker that hasn't had one issue since owning it. The reason my wife gifted me this coffee machine was because we've replaced all of our kitchen appliances with GE Profile and the stove top with Monogram.
