It was not difficult to set up and get running. The copy are clear , and produced quickly. Also the scan and fax options save a lot of time as you can use your phone to store and send them. Probably the best printer yet ..

terrible connection I would never recommend it at all i can never connect it to my phone or computer. The app is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had nothing but problems with my printer! Worked fine for the first 50 prints roughly! Now it will only print from my phone and that’s here and there! The printer itself won’t scan I can only scan with the app on my phone

The printer itself is decent. Its compact size is perfect for my small office closet, and I appreciate the Bluetooth connectivity and built-in fax capability. However, there are a couple of significant downsides. It doesn't support automatic double-sided printing, which is disappointing. Also, the HP app on my Mac won't work no matter how many times I've restarted or reinstalled it. I can only print through the app on my phone. I had hoped to use the app on my laptop to make faxing easier, but instead I have to go through extra steps to send faxes from my phone.

Just say no - cannot use without a monthly ink subscription. If you stock up it will shut off even if you have ink to use up.

I travel for work, this little guy does the job just fine. Not all the bells and whistles but gets the job done.

This is a great printer for the price. It was very easy to set up the WiFi option and the print quality is very good.

It was a bit confusing on how to scan. No instructions and no option on the printer had to find a download on the internet
